Counselling and Psychotherapy in Ealing, Acton, West London

I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Ealing, West London for the past 25 years.

Contacting a psychotherapist can feel daunting, but it may be one of the most worthwhile things you can do.

Psychotherapy and counselling can help if you are finding life a struggle. May be you are having difficulty in your relationships and feel anxious or confused. Or you may feel angry and stressed at work or at home. Perhaps you have suffered a bereavement or some other loss.

It is important to find a psychotherapist you can trust, so you can talk openly how you feel. Our first session will give you the time and space to decide if we can work together. If you would like to continue we would meet at a regular time each week for 50 minutes.
